I wore this for one season. This is one of three items I rotated. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but there is a faint stain near the lower abdomen. Please check the photos. The fabric has some fuzz, especially around the seat of the pants. The ribbing and neckline are a bit worn, but otherwise, there is little fuzz, and I think you can still wear it comfortably.
