I made a baby gate using G-FAN! My grandchild started moving around, and I was looking for a baby gate (for the TV) at the home center... I found these lightweight pipes and made one. It's been very useful, preventing my grandchildren from getting close to the TV, and also for putting away toys or moving things I don't want them to touch. This isn't a baby gate sold as such, so please use it at your own risk. The finished size is 211cm wide, 106cm deep, and 63cm high. (The addition of a bar in the middle greatly increased the strength.) This uses G-FAN products, which are lightweight aluminum pipes, and you can also make various shelves and other items with them. In addition to this, I purchased and attached a safety net (1m x 3m, 2480 yen on Yahoo! Shopping) shown in the photo. Since we used it attached to the wall, only the front and left sides have the net, and the back and wall side do not. If you need a net for the entire front, you'll need a 6m safety net. I'll also include the net (1m x 3m, white) if you'd like (my husband said it was a hassle to thread it through the pipes). I will disassemble everything, pack it, and ship it.
