This is a large porcelain bowl. It was thrown on a potter's wheel into a bowl shape, and the exterior, interior, and the inside of the foot were all carved to the limit. I think it's not as heavy as it looks because it's been carved to the point where it would deform during firing. The carving width on the inside is narrow near the rim and becomes wider towards the bottom, which is designed to make the carving appear uniform. Also, it is a masterpiece that has been finished in a beautiful shape without distortion, with no variation in the carving width on the left and right sides. The carving alone has a strong impact, so the glaze is a calm yellow Seto color. It can be used for decoration, as a flower vase, or of course, for the dining table.
