This is a 10-liter aluminum kettle. The "HNH" stamp indicates it was manufactured by Hokusei Aluminum Co., Ltd. (currently Hokusei Products Co., Ltd.). It was purchased approximately 25 years ago from a long-established hardware store in Chiba Prefecture and used a few times to boil barley tea during sports practice. The bottom has slight dents from being used on a gas stove, and there are minor scratches throughout from use, but the spout, handle movement, and other functions appear to be in perfect working order based on a layman's inspection.
