Although they are size 22cm, which might seem small, they are recommended for those who find S size or 22.5-23cm pumps too loose. There are no major scratches or damage overall. The heel wear is noticeable upon close inspection, but the rubber is still in good condition, and it's not noticeable when worn, nor does it affect the comfort. The insole feels soft to the touch and hasn't flattened. I will ship them in the outer box from when I purchased other MAMIAN pumps (as shown in the last image).
