There are some minor scratches, but the material is like plastic, so there is no rust! It's 20kg per side, for a total of 40kg, and can also be used as a barbell, so it should be sufficient for those starting strength training. You can train all muscle groups with exercises like dumbbell flyes, arm curls, shoulder presses, bench presses, deadlifts, and barbell squats! I'm looking to sell these to fund the purchase of new dumbbells, as 20kg is no longer enough for me! They are still in good condition, so I hope you will consider them!
