I believe it originally had a lid, but it was not included at the time of purchase. This is a vintage item from Bartlett Collins, founded in Oklahoma, USA. It's a very rare piece. It's a large jar. The artwork is by Gay Fad Studios. Their unique designs can also be found on items like Fire King mugs. Made in the 1950s. All hand-painted. There are fine scratches. The leaves in the illustration are gold, but there are some areas where the paint has worn off. The illustration is only on one side. The paint on the opening is rough and uneven. There are no major chips. We have not specifically mentioned air bubbles or paint unevenness from the manufacturing process. Thank you for your understanding.
