This is a long, flared skirt from GLOBAL WORK, with a free size thanks to the elastic waistband. You can adjust the waist using the drawstring. The color is a calm gray-greenish blue. It's easy to wear and I've worn it quite a bit, so there are very small pills from wear around the stomach and hip area. Also, there are some small black and white stains on the back, towards the bottom, as shown in the last two photos. Please be aware of this before considering a purchase.
