Everything in the photos is included, but the sponge-like material inside the drink holder has deteriorated and become powdery and hard. The felt corner in the circled area in the second photo is slightly peeled off. You can find a similar item at Daiso, so please use that as a substitute. The instruction manual is missing, but you should be able to find the installation instructions online. Since this is a used item, the double-sided tape for installation is not included. Please prepare interior butyl tape or similar separately. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
