I used this from about 1 to 4 months old. I'm selling it because my baby started rolling over and stopped sleeping on the pillow. There was no spit-up, but drool got on the pillowcase, and it's slightly yellowed. There's also a feeling of use and some pilling. Please purchase if you don't mind.
