This is a cel used for filming the actual TV broadcast opening. A5 size, no animation. Background copy, scene match (Since a large-format background moves separately from the cel during filming, it may not be exactly the same as on the TV screen.) The background and cel are not attached. I don't think there are any noticeable scratches, but it's old, so there may be small dents or minor paint peeling, which is normal. Please refrain from purchasing if you are particular about these details.
