I bought this a few years ago, but I haven't had many chances to wear it. It's in beautiful condition, having only been worn once or twice. The brand is unknown because the tag has been cut off. It's cute layered over a T-shirt or knitwear, or worn underneath with the tulle peeking out from the hem. The shoulder straps are adjustable.
