This is a high-magnification zoom lens released in 2006, exclusively for APS-C format digital SLR cameras. It covers a shooting range equivalent to wide-angle 27mm to telephoto 300mm on a 35mm film format with a single lens, making it a convenient zoom lens for travel, etc. I am selling it due to equipment consolidation. The exterior has no noticeable scratches, but there are scuffs and minor scratches (see photo 10 for the hood). The lens has no mold or fogging, but there is some dust ingress that does not affect shooting. Zoom operation, autofocus, and aperture operation are all good.
