The warm white porcelain with blue floral patterns is refreshing and gentle. Blue & white goes well with any tableware and is easy to use. I love the Shalimar series! I have cherished them, so there are no noticeable scratches or stains. There is a slight scuff on the center of the saucer (where the cup sits), but I think it's not a concern.
