This is a structure from the early days of Märklin Mini-Club, made in West Germany. It's made of hard resin in one piece. It has a pastoral appearance. Size (approx./mm): Length 55, Width 110, Height 35 There appears to be no damage as far as the eye can see. The chimney in photo 6 looks damaged, but it's not; it's part of the design. The cardboard box has considerable age-related deterioration, such as scratches.
