PATOU ICONIC SILK BLOUSE This is a seasonal color version of the classic silk blouse. I believe it's from 2022. The neckline is gathered with tucks, creating beautiful draping. It's a unique design, typical of PATOU. Ryoko Hirosue wore the exact same blouse on TV. She coordinated it with a jacket and half pants, all from PATOU (^^) It looks great whether you button it all the way up or leave it partially open.
