This is a KONAMI controller with a turntable from 2002. As you can see in the photos, the white buttons have yellowed due to aging. I haven't been able to confirm its operation as I don't have an environment to test it. The controller cable is sticky due to aging... There were some buttons that didn't feel right when I used it.
