It's lightweight, self-standing, compact, has an adjustable (rotatable) handle, a large cargo basket, and minimizes vibration, making it a very gentle and convenient pet cart for both dogs and owners. The handle height can be adjusted (rotatable), so you can adjust it to a comfortable height for each family member. It comes with two safety leads. Purchased from a website a few months ago for 24,800 yen, it was used a few times with cushions inside. After use, it was cleaned, stored indoors, and has been well-cared for. It's a very easy-to-use pet cart, but I'm using another pet cart as my main one, so it hasn't been used much. I'd like to sell it to someone who will use it more. There is some wear and tear on the tires from use. There are scratches on the bottom of the cot interior due to the wire assembly, and scratches on the frame where the cot touches. It takes a little practice to close the cot hook, and to unfold, attach, and detach the cot. I inquired about this when I purchased it, and was told that it was designed that way for safety reasons and there was no problem. The folded images show the cart folded and stacked. It can be stored very compactly. This is a used item, so please be sure to check the actual product images. It has been wiped down with pet disinfectant wipes.
