Good condition. This is a promotional flyer and application postcard from before the release of Final Fantasy VIII. They were kept in a clear file. I didn't find any fading, corner folds, or tears. As a bonus, I'm including a Famitsu special feature (Final Fantasy Chronicle). This is a magazine clipping. It's simply stapled together.
