This is a HOT BISCUITS hat. I attached the elastic myself. There's also some dirt, so please remove it if you don't need it. It was cute because the red check on the inside peeked out when I wore it. There's no size label, so I've included a photo with a measuring tape. My daughter wore it when she was 3 years old, and she said it was tight when she was 4.
