Truss rod turns both ways, and adjusting it changes the string height, so it should function properly. There is a 5mm-ish dent on the lower side of the top, but there is no significant damage. One of the 6th string tuner's collar is missing, so when tuning (loosening the string), it may feel like it slips momentarily. There is no problem with tuning itself. A rich-sounding Epiphone dreadnought, from low to high frequencies.
