This is a set of 4 hairbands and hair ties with a cute design. I bought a lot of them for a recital, but some were never used, so I think they are in good condition. I don't see any major stains or anything, but they were used by a child. There may be some oversights. Since they are used items, there may be some signs of wear and minor scratches. I'm offering them at a low price, so please understand that they are used items before purchasing.
