I purchased both supporters at an orthopedic clinic for thumb pain after childbirth (tendonitis/De Quervain's disease), and they cost around 9,000 yen. It comes with adjustable velcro straps. The splint on the palm side is inserted into the supporter. It will be delivered as is. One supporter was used for 1 week, and the other supporter was used for about 2 months.
