This is a "Yamanote Line 100th Anniversary Commemorative Ticket" distributed in 1985 by the JNR Tokyo North Railway Administration, Ikebukuro Station, Ikebukuro Conductor's Office, and Ikebukuro Train Depot. The back side features a Canon advertisement. The photo shows a Series 205 train. The front side is in relatively good condition, but the back side has stains and dirt due to aging.
