This is a Santa Claus dress from Catherine Cottage. It has been used a few times indoors only. It's a bit oversized, so even a child around size 80 can wear it with tights, etc. One of the pom-poms is missing, but it doesn't affect wear (or appearance) and you can still wear it cutely.
