It appears to be free of white spots, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned, as this is a casual inspection. I have included detailed photos, but there may be minor oversights. I usually store the item in a double sleeve and loader. I will take thorough measures to prevent folding and water damage when shipping. Returns are not accepted to prevent swapping.
