The main body of the bag (twill fabric) and the gathered frill part (seersucker fabric) are black, and the lining is navy black. The embroidered ribbon is a combination of a wide ribbon with cotton white & gold embroidery on pale purple tulle, and a thin ribbon with calm purple embroidery.
