I put it on once, but it was too small, so I've kept it since then. Flat measurement: 38 cm around the chest (see photo 7). It's a type that fastens at the belly with Velcro, like a bathrobe. The length of the neck when closed with Velcro is 22 cm flat. From the neck to the tail is about 37 cm. The color is ivory. It has a hood and is cute.
