This is a Snoopy-patterned souvenir jacket for dogs. The size is L, but there is no size chart, so the exact measurements are unknown. As a reference, my dog is an 8kg Miniature Schnauzer, and the Velcro on the belly barely fastens. It has been worn a few times and has been washed.
