This is a stylish H&M three-quarter sleeve dress with lace. It's close to a Japanese size 160, but it felt quite small when actually worn, so I'm listing it as a size 150. I received it from someone else, but it was too small, so I only tried it on at home. The chest, collar, and sleeves have lace and are see-through.
