60s 70s Made in Japan Vintage Japan Vintage Archive Archive Goldwin Flocked Print Sweatshirt VINTAGE I'm releasing this from my personal vintage collection, which I've enjoyed collecting, in burgundy color. This is a vintage sweatshirt from the early Goldwin (Goldwin) tag, made in Japan, estimated to be from the late 1960s to the early 1970s. It features a tightly-woven cotton-based fleece body, typical of the early days of Japanese sweatshirts, with a striking flocked print on the front. Over time, the nap has flattened, creating natural cracks, giving it a unique vintage feel. It shows little wear. It has a size balance and look similar to a football shirt. Raglan sleeves provide a good fit on the shoulders, and the ribbing is in good condition. This piece, with its burgundy color and white flocking, evokes the American sports style of the time.
