I am selling this item as I am clearing out my parents' house. It was a gift and I used it once, but the microphone, cables, etc. are almost unused. However, there are some fine scratches on the main unit from being stored at home, so I have listed it as "with scratches." I have not tested the functionality, so I will not accept returns for operational defects. Karaoke software is included, so you can start playing right away. The software case is not included. Everything in the photos is included. The box and warranty are not included. Made in Japan
