This item is brand new and unused. I took it out of the box for the photos, but I haven't opened the contents inside the bag to avoid fingerprints or dust. Everything in the set is complete. The instruction manual is not in Japanese. The main body has an embossed finish and is a versatile type that can handle up to A5 size. A cutting die and design paper for trial use are included in the set. This is an overseas product.
