This is a one-piece dress. I fell in love with it and bought it here. Unfortunately, it's become too small for me before I could wear it. It's very cute with a tulle skirt and a ribbon. The sparkly buttons on the back are also cute. There are some slight frays in the tulle, please check the third image. The blue color is faded, although it doesn't show well in the photos. It's not as vibrant as it appears in the pictures.
