I didn't pay much attention when I bought it because I tried it on and liked it, but I looked it up and found that it means "the brand's intention is 'We want you to wear it as unisex'" and "This is a message from the brand saying, 'These clothes are designed to be worn by both men and women, so please enjoy them in a size that suits you.'" I wanted long sleeves and a length that covered my hips, so I think it's a loose fit for someone who usually wears a size M. I often wore it open, so it didn't look "baggy."
