This item has been stored for a long time. It's a Showa-era retro obi (sash). Is it a hanhaba obi (half-width obi)? I'm not sure, so please forgive me if I'm mistaken. Please see the images for the size. The polka dot obi has some stains, but the red one is relatively clean, I think.
