I put it in a case when I got it back then and have kept it carefully ever since. It's a collaboration item, so I think there aren't many of them around. It's a Carddass card, so there may be initial scratches, and it's from over a decade ago. Of course, there may be age-related deterioration. Instant purchase is OK.
