These are Lee jeans. There's elastic on the inside of the waistband. They haven't been worn much, but the logo on the waistband area has partially peeled off due to using a dryer after washing. Also, there's some damage to the Lee tag on the back pocket. (Both are shown in the photos) The size is US kids' size 14, and my child wore them when they were a size 150 (in Japanese sizing). Please only purchase if you understand that these are used/vintage items.
