I thought it would be lovely as a skirt on its own, or as an inner petticoat for other skirts. However, my child's preference changed from pink to light blue, and the skirt was outgrown without ever being worn. The fluffy feel of the skirt is really cute! I always think, "Petticoats are amazing!" The top layer of tulle is slightly stiff (but not hard tulle), and it creates a ballerina-like silhouette without being scratchy! The staff also highly recommended it. The tag has been cut off, but it is unused. Flat measurements: Length: Approximately 30cm Waist: Approximately 23-29cm This is the only item for sale.
