This piece, with the petals of the lily colored green and the surrounding outline edged with red cinnabar, is one I've never encountered, despite having seen many. The first image has the color tones clarified by applying a light source. The others were taken under fluorescent lights. There is no noticeable distortion, and the cat's feet are well-formed. If my fortunes improve, I'd like to bring this to a museum. I believe this is a wonderful piece, whether by Kawai Kanjiro or Takeichi. Please check the images for the size.
