BULOVA was founded as a jewelry store in 1875 and later entered the fields of pocket watches and wristwatches, becoming one of the leading American watchmakers of the 20th century. This individual is a valuable vintage watch manufactured in the 1940s, commonly known as the "Curvex." It has a unique design with a beautifully curved back cover, providing excellent wearability and a perfect fit. It was also called a "driver's watch" because it could be viewed without moving the hand holding the steering wheel by wearing it on the front (inner) side of the wrist. The bezel also has fine detailing, making it a beautiful rectangular case. As indicated on the back cover, the 10KGF (gold-filled) case and the aged white dial are full of vintage charm. ● The dial shows signs of aging, but it does not affect visibility, and it has the character of a vintage watch that is approximately 80 years old. The crystal is in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches. The case has some scratches, but there is no significant damage such as dents.
