This is a railway rail commemorating the 70th anniversary of the city's transportation. The outer box has some wear and tear as it has been stored in a warehouse for a long time. I don't know the details, but I believe this is a section of track cut into rings and gold-plated. It has been stored untouched since it was made, so it's in good condition. Not for sale.
