Pattern Notcher Used This item was used in a sewing factory. It was purchased from a sewing machine wholesaler at the time, and I believe it is made in Japan, so the precision is good. It wasn't used as the main tool, so the frequency of use was low. The sharpness for cutting patterns is outstanding. The dimensions of the cut are approximately 1.43mm x 8.00mm.
