Only the charm box is a different charm box. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there are fine stains and small scratches if you look closely. There is a scratch on the rubber on the back, but it's on the back so it's not visible from the outside. I took care in storing it and used it with care, so I think it's in good condition for a used item. However, it is a used item.
