This is an authentic Vivienne Westwood long wallet. I purchased it at the Vivienne Westwood Red Label store in a department store. As you can see in the images, there is some white paint on it. There are also some areas where it's faintly present. It's not easily noticeable at first glance, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. I will discount the price.
