I dressed my son in this seven years ago when he was discharged from the hospital. He wore it two more times indoors after that. It's an off-white romper made of a soft material. After use, I home-cleaned and stored it, but upon checking now, there's a stain at the spot marked with a red circle in the third photo. It's a home-stored item that I've inspected myself, but if you don't mind, please consider it.＾＾
