It produces a slightly raspy, gentle sound characteristic of Tone-san's ocarinas, with good sound across the low to high ranges. The breath requirement is normal (standard), so it might not be suitable for those looking for an ocarina that requires less breath. I purchased it a little over a year ago, and I've played it only a few times (about 20 songs), so the mouthpiece is clean. However, the ocarina itself (especially the front) has fine scratches as shown in the images. Therefore, I'm offering it at a reduced price.
