This blouse was purchased at a NOBLE store. It has been worn only once and is in beautiful condition. It is sheer, and we recommend wearing it with a dress or a visible inner layer. It pairs well with both skirts and pants, and can be worn without being overly sweet. It looks lovely worn under a jacket, with a subtle sheerness.
