I stored this item unused, but I removed the original plastic cover because it was starting to peel off. This is a very rare metal tray that is no longer available for purchase. Because of the copper finish, fingerprints and smudges will remain if handled with bare hands. I recommend wiping it with a soft cloth. Please note that there may be some marks from handling during shipping. These should come off with cleaning and wiping.
