It's not considered to have significant damage, so I'd rate it A-. There are some chips due to the cutting defects. Regarding condition: S: Mint condition with perfect centering and no initial scratches. A: Very clean condition. A-: Minor initial lines or slight imperfections, but generally clean with no noticeable scratches. B+: Some minor scratches. B or C: Significant scratches. Regarding PSA graded cards, I will omit the condition of the contents. As far as I'm concerned, if it's a 10, I don't consider the contents or initial case scratches.
